It is a fact that sound waves (mechanical waves) require a material medium for its propagation such as gases, solids, and liquids.

The theory is that all waves need a “Medium” to propagate, as does electromagnetic waves must also need a “Medium” to propagate through empty space.

Since Einstein’s special relativity in 1905, the scientific community recognizes the “Vacuum” for propagation of “Light”, and not “Aether”.

The modern theory is that “Aether” is not needed in order for “Light” to propagate through empty space, and only the “Vacuum” of space is needed for the propagation of “Light” and “Electromagnetic Waves” of the “Electromagnetic Spectrum”.

The Electromagnetic energy that has an antenna that is attached to each individual photon is the “Aether” of the universe, and beyond.

“Light” can act as a particle because of the photon, and “Light” can act as a wave because of the Electromagnetic energy that is created and connected to the creation of each individual photon.

The materialization of Electromagnetic energy comes from the “Aether” of the universe, and beyond.
